TO: RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES ON JACKSON COUNTY UTILITIES IN THE I10 CORRIDER, BARBER RD, DILMORE RD IN COTTONDALE, FL
THE MARCH 7TH 2025 “PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE” IS HEREBY RESCINDED FOLLOWING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE BACTERIOLOGICAL SURVEY SHOWING THAT THE WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK.
It is suspected that the routine sample was contaminated and there was not and is not an issue with the water system. This was an isolated incident, and we have addressed the issue so it does not occur in the future. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
