ADA Transition Plan

ADA Transition Plan

Jackson County continually seeks to identify necessary improvements for usability and accessibility for all our city residents. Jackson County has developed an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan that outlines the steps the County will take to ensure public facilities and services offered by the County are ADA compliant. In addition, the plan outlines the process to remove any accessibility barriers or ADA compliance issues discovered during the self-evaluation phase of the plan.

A copy of ADA Transition Plan can be found in the link above labeled ADA Transition Plan. Hardcopies are also available upon request at the Jackson County Administration Building, located at 2864 Madison Street Marianna, FL. Please contact Judy Austin, Human Resources Director, 850.482.9633 or via e-mail austinj@jacksoncountyfl.gov to request a hardcopy or with any questions, comments, or recommendations for future updates regarding the ADA Transition Plan.
