Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Modification to Sonny’s BBQ Alcoholic Beverage License (2021128) – Modification to an approved Development Order for ACG BBQ, LLC dba Sonny’s BBQ to increase an alcoholic beverage series request from 2COP (beer and wine for on-premise consumption) to 7COP (beer, wine and liquor by the drink or in sealed containers for consumption on or off the premises). Sonny’s BBQ is located at 2250 Hwy 71 on the southeast corner of Hwy 71 South and Malloy Plaza East.
The Public hearing will be held on April 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979 Healthy Way, Suite B, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so via teleconference during the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
