NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Love’s RV Stop Sign Variance Request (2023379) – A request from Love’s RV Stop for approval of a variance from Section 42-493(2)(b) of the Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow five (5) additional on-premise freestanding signs on property that is located at 2620 Dilmore Road in unincorporated Jackson County.
Blue Sky Towers LLC Wireless Telecommunications Tower (2023352) – Request to construct a 199-foot tall Wireless Telecommunications Facility on property leased from John Young, Brandon Young and Gwen Young (Parcel # 10-6N-13-0000-0230-0000) located at 5037 Hwy 77 in unincorporated Jackson County.
The public hearing will be held November 6, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
