Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Pack Rat Storage of Marianna Phase III (2022062): A request for a General Development Order for Phase III of expansion of Pack Rat Storage of Marianna, for construction of four storage buildings totaling approximately 35,314 square feet in area, as well as 38,717 square feet of impervious surface for a vehicular use area. The project will be located at 4667 Hwy 90 in unincorporated Jackson County.
Seller’s Crossing Major Subdivision (2022007): A request for a preliminary plat of a 48-lot residential subdivision on property currently owned by Shadeville Investments, LLC located on Hwy 90, approximately .6 miles east of the intersection of Hwy 71 South and Hwy 90 in unincorporated Jackson County.
The public hearing will be held March 21, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
