NOTICE OF REGULAR PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
The Emancipation Day Festival 2021 Temporary Use Permit (2021151): A request for approval of a Temporary Use Permit for a festival event on June 12, 2021 located approximately .18 miles north of the intersection of Lovedale Road and Wintergreen Road in unincorporated Jackson County.
The Public hearing will be held on May 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979 Healthy Way, Suite B, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so via teleconference during the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
