NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Blue Springs Solar Energy Center Modification GD19-00013- Request a modification to an existing site plan for Blue Springs Solar Energy Center. The applicant is proposing to move the substation from the southwest corner to the southeast corner of the property and relocating the site entrance from Lawrence Road to Americus Road in unincorporated Jackson County.
DDCU, LLC 2020315- Request for construction of a 41,600 square foot packaging and warehouse facility to include vehicular use area for a total of 161,404 square feet of impervious area. The proposed facility will be located at 3110 Hwy 162 in unincorporated Jackson County.
Variance to Jackson County Code of Ordinances Section 74-404(1)- 2020316– A request for a variance to Section 74-404(1) to the Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow an on-premise monument sign to be located 1 foot off the right-of-way located at 2316 Hwy 71 South in unincorporated Jackson County.
The Public hearing will be held on September 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979 Healthy Way, Suite B, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so via teleconference during the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
