Waste Pro Residential Bill and Account Setup Reminder
Jackson County residents who receive residential waste collection services through Waste Pro are encouraged to verify that their Waste Pro account has been established and that any outstanding invoices have been addressed.
According to Waste Pro, a number of residential accounts remain past due following the transition of service. The company believes many customers may not yet be aware of the steps required to access their new account, view invoices, or make payments through the Waste Pro system.
To assist customers, Waste Pro has provided a step-by-step account registration and payment guide. The online portal at www.wasteprousa.com/bill-pay allows customers to securely view invoices, make payments, enroll in paperless billing, and establish automatic payment options.
Residents who have not yet registered their online account are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to review their account status and avoid any potential service interruptions.
