Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:

Request for Road Abandonment (2021356) – A request to abandon a county right-of-way located on property currently owned by Anthony Blanton identified as a strip of land known as Gray Lane approximately 419.74 feet in length, approximately ¼ mile north of the intersection of Oregon Trail and Gray Lane in unincorporated Jackson County.

The public hearing will be held June 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida.  The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
