NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Ellianos Coffee Shop (2023136) – A request for a General Development Order for construction of a 800 square foot drive-thru coffee shop, as well as 15,583 square feet of impervious surface for pavement, sidewalk, and vehicular use area. The project will be located at 2095 Hwy 71 South, approximately 0.2 miles south of Interstate 10 in unincorporated Jackson County.
The public hearing will be held May 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
