Notice of Hearing on Proposed Adoption of Ordinance

THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JACKSON COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTENDS TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED:

AN ORDINANCE OF JACKSON COUNTY, FLORIDA ADOPTING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS UPDATE PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION ACT (CHAPTER F.S. 163, FLORIDA STATUTES); PROVIDNG FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

In its Commission meeting room, 2864 Madison Street, in Marianna, Florida, on December 13, 2022 at 8:15 AM Central Time, at which time and place any and all persons desiring to present any matter for or against said proposed ordinance may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.  The copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
