Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:

Large Scale Text Amendment – A request to review a new Private Property Rights Element to the Jackson County Comprehensive Plan per Florida Statute 163.3177(6)(i).

Landscape Ordinance:  An ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Jackson County, Florida providing for the amendment of Chapter 74 Division 7.

The public hearing will be held December 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida.  The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
