NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:

Project TAP GDO (2022504) – A request for a General Development Order to construct a 10,496 square foot building, along with a 74,787.63 square foot vehicular use area and concrete area, and a 124,190.58 square foot gravel area to be used as a semi-truck service center and parts store.  This development will be located on the north side of Dilmore Road, approximately 1,870 feet west of Hwy 231 in unincorporated Jackson County.

Clemente Eraclio Small Scale Amendment (2023013) – A request to change the Future Land Use Designation of approximately 4.58 acres from Conservation to Agriculture 2 located on the west side of Old US Road approximately .66 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 90 and Old US Road in unincorporated Jackson County.

Marianna Arcade (2023014) – A request for a General Development Order to operate an adult arcade within the Crossroads Shopping Center, located at 2800 Hwy 71 in unincorporated Jackson County.

The public hearing will be held January 23, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida.  The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
