Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given by the Jackson County Planning Commission of its intent to conduct a public hearing to review the following and other business:
Freedom Springs Temporary Use Permit (2021152) – A request for approval of a Temporary Use Permit for a Triathlon Event on July 3, 2021 at Blue Springs Park in unincorporated Jackson County.
Review of Jackson County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 74 – A general review and consideration enactment of the Jackson County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 74 (Land Development Regulations-Subdivision 6-Film and Motion Photography).
The public hearing will be held May 17, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
