NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:

Mathews RV Variance Request (2024098) – A request from Walden Mathews for approval of a variance from Section 42-61(c) of the Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow a recreational vehicle as a dwelling unit for a period likely to extend beyond 18 months prior to building a home at 1250 Shores Road in Unincorporated Jackson County.

The public hearing will be held April 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida.  The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979-B Healthy Way, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
