Notice of Regular Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF ITS INTENT TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE FOLLOWING AND OTHER BUSINESS:
Heersink Variance Request: A request from Mary Heersink for approval of a variance from Section 74-103(8)(c) of the Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow a setback of 25 feet 8 inches from Compass Lake on property that is located at 379 Compass Lake Drive in unincorporated Jackson County.
Wendelta Property Holdings, LLC (GDO-2021063)– A request for a General Development Order for a 2,258 square foot building to be known as Wendy’s Restaurant and construction of 28,626 square foot vehicular use are and sidewalks. This project will be located at 2200 Hwy 71 South in unincorporated Jackson County.
The Public hearing will be held on March 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Jackson County AG Complex at 2741 Penn Avenue, Marianna, Florida. The documents may be inspected at the Jackson County Community Development Department at 4979 Healthy Way, Suite B, Marianna, FL, 32446. Persons wishing to comment may do so via teleconference during the public hearing or in writing to the Jackson County Community Development Department.
