Paul Donofro Jr.
Vice-Chairman - Commissioner, District 3
Paul Donofro Jr. was elected in 2020 to represent the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners as the District 3 representative and is currently serving his second 4 year term. Commissioner Donofro graduated from Marianna High School in 1975, Chipola College in 1978, Florida A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in 1981, and the University of Florida with a Masters in Architecture in 1983. Mr. Donofro was registered with the State of Florida as a licensed Architect in 1986 and is currently the owner of Donofro Architects located in Marianna.
Commissioner Donofro served the City of Marianna as a City Commissioner from 1991 to 2015 and was elected as the Mayor of Marianna in 1993, 2000, 2003, 2009 & 2014. Mr. Donofro is currently serving as a Director for the Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity, the Apalachee Regional Planning Council, the Jackson County Tourism Council, the First United Methodist SPR committee and is a member of the Marianna Rotary, Chipola Civic and West Florida Republican Clubs.
Commissioner Donofro is married and has two children.
